Clients loved how their photos came out. In fact, the hardest part of their session was choosing the headshot they’ll be using since all shots were exceptional.
Customer service is also superb since everyone on the team is welcoming and cooperative. One particular client even shared with us how she got hired by a modelling agency after following the advice of TPS creative producer, Steve.
However, despite the great team, some clients complained about the company’s lack of transparency with their rates. Some of them had to go through the entire session without knowing the rate and were shocked by the costs that were charged to them.
