Hands-on & practical
Margarita is friendly, her teaching methods is hands on & practical. I am inexperienced instrumentalists but she is so patient & never give up on me. A wonderful teacher
Both my son (6) and daughter (8) are learning violin and piano with Albert and they absolutely love their lessons. He is so patient and kind, which makes such a difference at this age, and he explains things in a way that’s easy for them to understand. Led by Afrooz Amini’s, the lessons here at Violin Lesson (Suzuki, AMEB) feel calm, patient, and just right for young learners who need gentle guidance.
I’d recommend her classes if you like the Suzuki method; it’s a lovely way for children to learn music naturally, especially when they’re still building confidence.
I actually watched her help a kid with basic finger placements, and I loved how she didn’t rush the process. She explained things softly and waited when the student struggled.
She also prepares students for the local exam syllabus and music theory, so it’s not just casual learning.
The late weekday hours are super handy for school schedules, too.
One thing to note, though: Afrooz teaches solo, meaning you’ll have to work around her calendar.

Admittedly, I wasn’t sure if violin lessons were something I’d stick with, especially since buying an instrument upfront felt like a big commitment. But that worry went out the window when I found out THE MUSIC GYM lets you use violins right on the premises!
