The coffee was very good
The service was great, and the coffee was very good. They even offer complimentary sparkling water. There are two kinds of coffee beans to choose from. The vibe is really nice, and you can see many people sitting outside enjoying breakfast. They also have a good variety of bread, which was delicious. Our favourite
Melbourne surely has no shortage of great coffee spots, and during our visit we tried to squeeze in as many as possible. This one was by far our favourite. Not only was the coffee EXCELLENT, but we also loved the vibe and the service. There were many baristas on shift, serving the steady crowd quickly and efficiently. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was a real treat to watch them work, and to watch so many Melburnians start their morning coffee ritual there.

On top of that, the baristas are genuinely friendly and treat you like an old friend while crafting smooth, well-balanced drinks.
Loyal patrons appreciate how easy it is to place an email pre-order, ideal if you’re in a rush and just want to grab and go.
The only catch is that their indoor seating area is quite small, so it can feel a bit tight when it gets busy or if you’re visiting with a larger group.

A lovely café in Melbourne offering both coffee and matcha latte selections. I tried the hot matcha latte, and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was amazing — warm and lively, with lots of people lining up, but surprisingly, the wait wasn’t long at all. They also sell a wide variety of coffee beans to take home. The minimalist counter keeps the focus on the coffee, with premium seasonal pours and a small selection of house-made treats.
Their 3-group Kees van der Westen Spirit machine pulls some of the most consistent shots in the entire city. I also like how their signature dacquoise pastry pairs so nicely with a crisp batch brew; it’s one of those simple combos that just works.
It’s worth noting that this spot shuts early on weekdays, so an after-work visit can be a bit tricky. On the bright side, coming here early gives you plenty of time to go for ramen in Melbourne later.

The building itself is a showstopper, with a vaulted 15-metre ceiling and huge arched windows that flood the space with natural light.
Menu-wise, they serve an award-winning coffee lineup that pairs effortlessly with their refined food menu. I also value how the space shifts so easily from quick morning espressos to long, relaxed weekend lunches with friends.
Unfortunately, the open layout and constant buzz of the crowd can make it hard to focus if you’re planning to work. It’s much better suited for a social catch-up than a quiet study session.

Really cool coffee shop! My partner and I went in for a coffee and a snack in the morning. I highly recommend the coffee, which was delicious. I also has a muffin, which was a little dry but still good nonetheless. While my partner had the pastry escargot, this was fantastic. Really tasty and a great texture.
The interior had an industrial vibe. I really liked this. The service was also great, really friendly team.

The best specialty coffee shop in Melbourne
This is definitely the best specialty coffee shop in Melbourne, was amazed by their filter coffee, especially the single origin! We’ve also ordered avocado pretzel, Ricotta Hotcake and chilli scrambled eggs which was great as well.
Definitely recommend to people who loves coffee, it’s a must visit!
