Chemical-free and provides great service
It’s refreshing to find a dry cleaner who is chemical free and provides great service. Clothes come back in good shape and you can tell care has been taken. Furthermore Carolina provided great customer service with a item of clothing that lost its pleats. Possibly a manufacturers fault, but Carolina replaced the dress regardless. Great to see customer service and empathy is first, and not greed or profit. Will continue to dry clean my clothes here.
