5 Best Reflexology Clinics in Melbourne That Put Wellness First

Therapist Expertise: I looked at each therapist's training, certifications, and experience before adding them to this list. Skilled professionals help make every treatment safe, comfortable, and effective.

Atmosphere and Comfort: I paid attention to how each clinic felt from the moment I walked in. Clean, quiet, and relaxing spaces made it much easier to enjoy the treatment.

Service Variety: I checked whether each clinic offers different treatment options and session lengths. Flexible services make it easier to find the right treatment for your needs.

Location and Hours: I considered how easy each clinic is to reach and whether the opening hours fit busy schedules. Places with convenient locations and flexible hours earned higher marks.

When your body feels tired or tense, choosing the right wellness treatment can make a real difference.

Some people turn to kinesiologists or acupuncture to improve movement and manage discomfort, while others enjoy reflexology to relax and relieve everyday stress.

To point you in the right direction, I reviewed the best reflexology clinics in Melbourne and highlighted the ones that deliver quality care and a relaxing experience.

Treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation today!

Calm my vagus nerve reducing my sweating

I came to jasmina with an excessive sweating issue that was crippling my confidence and stopping me from socialising. After a few sessions with jasmina doing reflexology I was able to calm my vagus nerve reducing my sweating which in return got me back to socialising. I can’t recommend jasmina enough her friendly nature and bubbly personality made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Symptoms are completely cleared after 8 or so sessions

I have not enough words to describe this incredible woman Jasmina, who has helped my son with his repccuring clearing of throat issues which for many approx 1.5yrs no joke we couldn’t get to the bottom of it went to see ENTs, dentists, specialists, Chiro’s you name we did it and nothing helped. Then we did six sessions with North-West reflexology and we had put it down to vagus nerve disruption which she helped with her reflexology skills and his symptoms are completely cleared after 8 or so sessions …from the bottom of my heart thank you 🥹🫶🏻

Really good, pressure was just right

I went here after a long day, and felt so much relief. I did the 90 mins massage + foot reflexology. Jasmine was really good, pressure was just right. All staff are really friendly.

10/10 would recommend!!

Did a great job of adjusting pressure where needed

Baitong was my therapist for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones and reflexology. She focused on the areas where l had the most pain (jaw/neck) and did a great job of adjusting pressure where needed.

The premises are super clean and well decorated. The French earl grey and cookie were also delicious. Overall a great experience and only $150
