High-quality hot yoga with excellent facilities
I really like this hot yoga studio, it sets such a high standard. The teachers are incredible, the flows are really well constructed and paced. Very high quality. Facilities are also very good. You can literally just walk in with only your yoga gear; mats, sweat towel, shower towel, shower items, hairdryer etc, all provided for. Would definitely recommend.

Strong and rewarding power flow experience
I’ve just visited Melbs for couple days and wanted to try different styles of yoga. I had amazing power flow 2 class with Nick. it’s really strong class, but it’s absolutely worth to try and challenge yourself before fisrt cup of coffee. There was everything included from beautiful and peaceful yoga studio through strong flow class to calming box breathing technique at the end.

Personalized teaching with thoughtful follow-up
I attended Wynter’s Power Flow yoga class whilst visiting Melbourne for work recently and I absolutely loved it! I really liked Wynter’s teaching style and that she gets hands on with her students. She helped me twist more than I ever have before! Wynter also used my name when talking to me in class (unusual when you are just visiting) and then followed up with a email to thank me for visiting the studio. Small details like this, plus a class I really enjoyed, will see me visiting this studio when I’m next in Melbourne 🙂

Small, friendly classes in a welcoming environment
Brilliant studio. As someone who generally doesn’t enjoy yoga, the team here have me looking forward to every Tuesday and Friday morning! They explain things really well, the classes are nice and small so you don’t feel lost and most of all, it is a really friendly, non-intimidating environment. Highly recommend!

A peaceful CBD oasis with quality yoga instruction
Beautiful oasis in the midst of the businesses of Melbourne CBD. I stayed in Melbourne for a few days for work and craved calm and sense of grounding. I attended two casual classes and loved them. The teachers were super welcoming and they were clearly very knowledgeable. I’ve practiced yoga for 15 years with many excellent teachers and I would highly recommend this studio to anyone after quality yoga.

Detailed ashtanga teaching and a special community
Best yoga studio in Melbourne. I love the Ashtanga method. The teachers here are all amazing. Lots of attention to detail and longer classes. Teachers here don’t skip over the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga. It’s a beautiful light-filled studio and the community of students and teachers is a special thing to be part of. Highly recommended.

A beautiful studio for serious yoga practice
One of the most gorgeous Yoga studios I’ve ever been to. 2 beautiful studios with high ceilings and huge windows. Just makes it light and airy and good for clearing my mind. Always smells like Chai Tea inside too. MMMMMM. Such great instructors, but you better forget everything you thought you knew about Yoga. It’s a hard place, this isn’t your super relaxing nap-time Yoga studio. But for some serious Yoga and pushing your limits, you can do it here. FIND YOUR ZEN.

Warm and balanced class for releasing tension
I’m new to the studio but will be attending Andrew’s class weekly from now on. Andrew is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, making every session a joy. The class strikes the perfect balance between movement and building up heat, followed by long, stretchy holds and breathing, focusing on releasing tension built up throughout the week. The studio itself is beautiful, and the owner’s dog, Ari, potters through during the class, reminding us all to smile and not take life too seriously. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice!

Inclusive and holistic yoga in a supportive community
Excellent yoga studio-THE best I’ve been to, offering high quality yoga instruction including meditation, special workshops and events like shiatsu massage to develop your practice holistically. The studio and head teachers- Lucy and Andrew are highly inclusive whilst promoting personal yoga development in a supportive community. Each class allows for whatever level of practice you may need from beginner to advanced, it isn’t competitive or about perfection just connecting with your whole self, “I’m obsessed” as is the saying….
